Erudio Learn is built for parents and young learners. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we collect your email for OTP authentication. Student profiles may include a display name, grade level, and optional profile details (date of birth, interests, avatar). We store learning activity such as assessment attempts, scores, and progress data to provide the service.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate you, deliver assessments and practice, show progress reports for parents, improve the platform, and send transactional messages (OTP codes, optional learning reminders). We do not sell personal data.
Children's privacy
Erudio Learn is designed for children in Classes 1–5 under parent or guardian supervision. Parents create and manage access via OTP sign-in. We collect only what is needed for learning and progress tracking, and keep accounts private to authenticated users.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard protections. OTP codes expire quickly. JWT tokens secure API access. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication between your browser and our servers.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers for essential operations: cloud hosting, email delivery (e.g. AWS SES for OTP), and curriculum-guided content tools used in content creation/review. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the portals, request account deletion by emailing support@erudio.in, and opt out of non-essential notifications where available. You may stop using Erudio Learn at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Erudio Learn evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
